This week’s must-listen-to radio station.

I try to spread my listening around to passionate individuals, rather than “streaming radio networks” like 181.fm — who have a lot of breadth, but none of the depth. Still, some do it better than others, and these guys are legit good, despite a website that looks like 1998 puked on my screen. In particular, I am really digging the vibe this particular station of theirs puts out. MAYBE it leans a bit heavy on Alan Holdsworth, but since he’s my favorite guitar player, I won’t complain too much. The one thing I didn’t need, however, was the rabbit hole down the many iterations and spinoffs of the band “Gong” that I was blissfully unaware of, until they pushed my music-obsessive brain into it this morning.
